ABOUT Kara Faith, PA-C
Kara Faith has been in surgical specialties since she began her career as a physician assistant in 2009 and enjoys the variety that working in clinical, hospital, and surgical settings provides. She joins The Center with seven years of neurosurgical experience which started at Black Hills Neurosurgery and Spine in Rapid City, South Dakota. Since moving to Bend in 2017, she has joined Dr. Emily Berry in Gynecologic Oncology and has enjoyed the challenge of learning a new specialty. She looks forward to supporting an excellent neurosurgical team and appreciates the opportunity to work on a part-time basis.
Kara earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana and completed her undergraduate degree in biology at Western Washington Degree in Bellingham, Washington. She holds her certification from The National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is licensed in the State of Oregon. She is a member of The American Academy of Physician Assistants and Society of Gynecologic Oncology. She loves outdoor adventures with her two boys, playing soccer, and mountain biking.
