Our last day operating as The Center will be Friday, February 21, 2025. Beginning Monday, February 24, 2025, we will officially become part of St. Charles Health System, operating as St. Charles Center for Orthopedics & Neurosurgery.

Medical Records
For questions regarding medical records before and after the transition, please call 541-322-2350. Starting Monday, February 24, we will no longer respond to medical records requests via email. For more information on accessing your records for visits on or after that date, please visit our website.
Billing Inquiries
For billing related questions, please visit our website, which will include updated contact information reflecting changes after the transition.
MyChart Account
We encourage you to sign up for a St. Charles MyChart account if you do not already have one. Please note that this account is separate from your MyChart account at The Center.
