Our providers can evaluate many injuries and conditions through a secure and HIPAA compliant video visit on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. If you are unable to see a physician in clinic, The Center may be able to offer you a telemedicine visit to ensure the continuity of your care.

Telemedicine visits are approved by Medicare and nearly all insurance companies in Oregon. Video visits are not for acute injuries such as fractures or injuries requiring x-rays. If you require immediate in-person care, please visit our NOWcare walk-in injury clinic.

To schedule a video visit with one of our providers, please call our scheduling line, 541-382-3344.

Telemedicine Hours:

Appointments can be scheduled with a provider Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Preparing for Your Video Visit

Tools You’ll Need:

• MyChart Account (If you do not have a MyChart account, please contact your doctor’s office or sign-up online)
• Smartphone, Tablet, or Laptop with a Webcam
• Internet access with a strong Wi-Fi signal
• Speakers or Headphones

How to Start your Video Visit:

• Once your visit has been scheduled, download the MyChart application – visit the app store on the device you plan to use for your video visit (Apple App Store or Google Play for Android).
• Get started 15 minutes before your appointment.
  1. Log in to your MyChart account – Click on ‘Appointments’ and select your video visit appointment.
  2. Complete eCheck-In – This must be completed before you are allowed access into your video visit.
  3. Prep for your appointment – Find a quiet, well-lit room using headphones or your speakers.
• Start your video appointment
  1. When you’re ready, click on your video appointment and click “Begin Visit”
  2. You may have to wait in the virtual waiting room until your provider joins the video
